GLP-1 drops dosage for weight loss

You are trying to work out how much to draw or when to step up.

Reference and calculator, not medical advice. Dosing figures below are transcribed from FDA-approved prescribing information and link back to it. Last reviewed August 2026.

There is no FDA-approved GLP-1 in drop form. Not sublingual, not oral liquid — the approved routes are subcutaneous injection and, since recently, a swallowed tablet. Anything sold as GLP-1 drops has no approved label, which means no reviewed dosing to publish and nothing to convert.

The reason this matters more than the usual "not approved" caveat is absorption. Semaglutide taken orally is absorbed so much less efficiently than injected semaglutide that the tablet maintains at 25 mg daily against 2.4 mg weekly by injection. Route changes the required quantity by an order of magnitude, and a product that has not been through that work has no basis for any dose it prints on the bottle.

The approved oral option, if a tablet is what you want, is above — with a label, a schedule, and administration instructions that exist because they were tested.

Common questions

What is actually in GLP-1 drops?
Unanswerable from here, and that is the point. Without an approved label there is no reviewed statement of contents, strength or purity to check a seller against.
Are sublingual versions coming?
This site covers approved products with published labels and does not speculate about pipelines. If one is approved, it gets a page with its label linked.

Sources and last review

Every dosing figure on this page is transcribed from an FDA-approved label and links back to it. Conversions are arithmetic you can repeat by hand. Nothing here is reviewed by a clinician, and this site does not employ one — which is exactly why what I do publish stays traceable to its source.

Transcribed from the labels above and checked by me — Gavin, who builds this site, takes a GLP-1, and is not a clinician. Last reviewed August 2026. Found an error? [email protected] — I treat corrections as bugs. How this site is built and funded.

The figures here are transcribed from FDA-approved labels and each links to its source. If you are writing about this, quote the label rather than this site where you can — and if this page saved you the transcription, a link is appreciated.
